Picopop is published by 2RK, 248 rue du Haou, 40230 Bénesse-Maremne, France (SIREN 106 224 702). We take privacy seriously — especially because Picopop is enjoyed by families and children. This policy explains what data is processed by this website and by the Picopop mobile application.

1. This website and our "bonus book" pages

• Browsing the website requires no account: no cookies, no advertising, no analytics or tracking scripts.
• Bonus book (optional). If you choose to request a printable bonus coloring book, you provide us — on a dedicated page and through a deliberate action by an adult — your first name and email address. With your consent, we use them to send you that book and, where applicable, Picopop news (these emails are handled through our email provider, acting on our behalf). You can unsubscribe at any time (unsubscribe link in every email) and request deletion of your data at hello@picopop.app.
• Our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) may process technical request data (such as IP addresses) strictly for the purpose of serving and securing the website.

2. The Picopop application

• No account. The app can be used without creating any account and without providing any name, email address or other identifying information.
• Camera. The camera is used on your device to scan QR codes printed in our books and to photograph your colored drawings. Photos of drawings stay on your device: they are not uploaded or stored by Picopop. They are used only, locally, to generate the animation.
• Image processing (some animations). For a few animations, the drawing image is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) to an image-processing service (automatic retouching) that processes it in memory and does not retain it.
• Created videos. The short animated videos you generate are stored locally on the device; they are only shared if you choose to do so (via the system share sheet).
• No advertising, no tracking. The app contains no ads, no third-party advertising SDKs and does not sell or share personal data.
• Local storage. Downloaded books and preferences (such as language) are stored locally on the device so the app works offline.
• External links. The app may offer links to third-party sites (for example Amazon to buy our books, or our "bonus book" pages). Those sites have their own privacy policies.

3. Children's privacy

Picopop is designed to be used by children together with their parents. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Scanned drawings are not linked to any identity. If you believe personal data concerning a child has been transmitted to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

4. Data retention and deletion

Picopop does not retain any drawing photo: images stay on your device. The image-processing service mentioned above handles images in memory, without storing them. The videos you create are kept locally on your device and can be deleted at any time. For any request, contact us at the address below.

5. Your rights

In accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, and the right to lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority (CNIL, cnil.fr).
